THE DEAL,IN PLAIN ENGLISH.

These terms cover the Mongoose Telegram bot (@MongooseGuardBot), this website, and the Mongoose Discord. Using any of them means you accept what follows. If you don't, don't use it — no hard feelings.

The short version

• Mongoose is a tool for trading Solana tokens. It is not advice, and it is not a fund.
• You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to trade where you live.
• Your money stays yours: non-custodial wallets, withdrawals to your address, any time.
• We charge 1% per trade, plus an optional tip you control. Network fees are the blockchain's.
• Nothing here is guaranteed — not uptime, not the Guard, and certainly not profit.

What Mongoose does

Mongoose scans a token's contract and market data, shows you what it found, lets you buy and sell through Jupiter, and watches your open positions so it can auto-sell when the danger signs it monitors appear. Every one of those steps depends on services we don't own — Telegram, Solana RPC nodes, Privy, Jupiter, RugCheck, DexScreener. When they are slow or wrong, Mongoose is slow or wrong.

Your wallet and your funds

• A Solana wallet is created for you on first use. Keys are generated and held in sealed hardware run by Privy — we never see them, and cannot move your funds outside the actions you trigger.
• Withdrawals go only to an address you provide. Check it twice: blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by anyone, including us.
• You are responsible for your Telegram account's security. Whoever controls your Telegram controls your bot session, so use Telegram's two-step verification and set a withdrawal PIN in /settings.
• We will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does — in our Discord, our chat, or anywhere else — is a scammer.

Fees

• 1% per trade, taken on the buy and on the sell.
• An optional tip, set by you in /settings and zero unless you change it.
• Solana network and priority fees, paid to the network, not to us.
• Referrals share 25% of the fees from people you bring. Self-referral, fake accounts and other gaming of the programme void the payouts.
• Fees can change. Changes are announced in the Discord before they take effect.

The Guard — what it is and isn't

The Guard watches your open positions and tries to sell automatically when liquidity collapses, a rug is flagged, or mint/freeze authority comes back. It is a seatbelt, not an airbag. It can fail: a token can have no route to sell into, the chain can be congested, a price can gap through a level in one block, a data provider can go dark, or a rug can be designed to defeat exactly this. A green safety card lowers risk. It never removes it.

Signals are opinion, not advice

Calls posted in the Mongoose Discord — free or premium — are research and opinion. They are not recommendations, not personalised advice, and not a promise that anything will go up. Past results on our boards describe what already happened; they say nothing about what happens next. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; a cancellation stops the next renewal and doesn't refund the month in progress.

What you agree not to do

• Use Mongoose for money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any other crime.
• Use it where trading these assets is illegal, or if you are under 18.
• Attack the service — scripted abuse, spam, attempts to break the bot or reach other users' data.
• Pretend to be Mongoose, or resell access as if it were yours.

We can suspend access that does any of this, and we'll always let you withdraw your funds.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

Mongoose is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and we don't warrant the accuracy of third-party data it shows you. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, failed or delayed transactions, rug pulls, blockchain or provider outages, or anything else arising from your use of the service. Never trade more than you can afford to lose entirely.

Changes and ending it

These terms can change; the "last updated" date moves with them and material changes are announced in the Mongoose Discord. You can stop at any time — withdraw your SOL and walk away. We can discontinue the service, and if we do, withdrawals come first.
